• MONEY COMES, MONEY GOES

Remember when I talked about my car broke down? If yes, you will surely want to know how much did it cost to fix it. (If you don’t remember, click here).

Well, I must say, after a period of time, you should stop thinking that you will own and use that one particular car forever. At times, you have to start immersing yourself into Motor Trader or On The Road, and decide which car to buy next. Cars don’t last forever. It actually makes you spend your money more and more throughout the years of services.

    Oh boy.

  • DEAR DARLING

The first time we met was about 4 years ago, when you still looked so damn good. You were awesome and radiant, a pure head-turn.

We’ve been together since then, even longer than I’ve been married. Well, of course, I knew my wife way before that. And of course, you were made before I knew my wife.

You were the one that took me around town with my girlfriend (now my wife), and you were also the one who was with me all the time. Futsal, lepak-kedai-kopi, car race, everywhere. You brought me everywhere I’d wish for.

Then I started my first ever job, far away in the east coast, and I had to leave you behind. But obviously, I couldn’t live without you by my side, so I brought you here. And since then, you became my most loyal partner. You took me to KL to see my friends and my girlfriend. You took me to work everyday. You worked hard to bring me back to my hometown, that’s more than 700 kilometers one way drive. You heartily worked through rain and shine, to keep me on time and safely to my destination.

Of course, at the age of more than 15 years, you had problems. It didn’t matter at all. I knew, the time will come when I need to take care of you more, and you get more sensitive than ever. Money was never a problem. I’d rather losing money than losing you. I can live without money, but I can’t never live without you. In Malay, they call this “patah kaki”.

About 2 years ago, I bought a new car. Not to hurt you, not even a smallest  intention to replace you. I would’ve sell you first if that’s my intention. But I didn’t. People started to ask, how much does it costs to grab you from my hand, and my cliche answer would always be… priceless.

You kept serving for me throughout the years. But yes, you’re getting older. You deteriorate faster now. And last night was perhaps, your peak.

I’m sorry for being very harsh to you, but I have no option. I had too. I promise you, I’ll make you feel and look better, once I have enough cash to do so. Take care dear buddy, I’ll pick you up soon from the workshop. For now, let those people fix you, and bring you back from somber to super.

PS: Patah kaki siot, keta rosak. Hadui….

Oh boy… Just can’t resist it!

What about this? Care for the half-priced from the above?

    Or maybe…a little ambitous?
